Jayson (Jay) was great as a salesman. Patiently showed us all the options. Finance and Insurance staff were also very efficient. I was less impressed with the somewhat shady "market adjustment" that management sprung on me at the last minute just because they can, but they did negotiate it lower. Overall a good experience.
