I called on or about June eighth to make an appointment and was told if I needed a loaner car the earliest appointment would be June 22 so I made the appointment. I called numerous times to inquire about the car and was told they had not looked at it yet I called again and again and still they had not looked at the car. I was told I was in the queue whatever that means I finally called back on the 29th I believe and was told by my advisor I TOLD YOU which she never did there’s a backlog of parts, so I said to her if you haven’t looked at my car yet how do you know what part I need. To make a long story short I finally got my car back on July 11 three weeks after I had dropped it off only to find out all my brand new 2021 Lincoln navigator after owning it for only 4 months needed was Balancing of my tires and they re-programmed it. I don’t know what that means because as of today which is a week and a day that I picked up my car I still don’t have any paperwork because apparently the technician did not sign off on the work. I was promised phone calls from numerous people which I have not gotten, needless to say. One person that I will say was extremely kind and genuinely seemed to care about my frustration was Louda. Needless to say I will never buy another car from Dana

So to add to my frustration we finally picked up the truck on July 11 my “ADVISOR” not sure why she has that title she had little to no advice told us she could not give us the paperwork because the technician did not sign off. After numerous calls in the last two weeks I finally got the paperwork yesterday July 21
