Service department isn't giving the customer the best deals. I can do better locally than going all the way to your shop. Brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. Found out I needed a new wheel bearing also. Next morning I received a call from Shana who I had dealt with the previous morning, I explained to her what the issue was and she got to work to resolve the issue. She arranged to have someone come and tow my car back to the shop to have the issue corrected. Shana kept me up to date on everything and had the car turned around and back to me in two hours. Shana was a pleasure to work with and did a great job to make sure everything was taken care of and that I was a happy costumer. More
