Always a great experience, whether it's for an oil change, a problem, or a new car purchase. Tony is the best and we have referred several people to him. Service department isn't giving the customer the best deals. I can do better locally than going all the way to your shop. Plus when we had to use the lifetime warranty on our vehicles covered parts, they deals. I can do better locally than going all the way to your shop. Listen, I'm all for being profitable, but you guys are way higher than I can get in our home town. I wouldn't bring my vehicle to you again for routine maintenance as your prices are too high plus your service department recommended things that weren't necessary. That's pretty shady. More
Brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. Found out I needed a new wheel bearing also. Had it replaced but later that evening I had an issue with it, called and left a message because the ser Found out I needed a new wheel bearing also. Had it replaced but later that evening I had an issue with it, called and left a message because the service department had already closed. Next morning I received a call from Shana who I had dealt with the previous morning, I explained to her what the issue was and she got to work to resolve the issue. She arranged to have someone come and tow my car back to the shop to have the issue corrected. Shana kept me up to date on everything and had the car turned around and back to me in two hours. Shana was a pleasure to work with and did a great job to make sure everything was taken care of and that I was a happy costumer. More
