I have had the car in for routine service and matters related to the warrant and the service people did a good job in a timely matter. I get good information from Ford about various Ford car matters like new models etc.. This dealership has done what I have requested in matters dealing with my Escape. Promise the world only to make you feel like an xxxxxxx I purchased a used truck from them and was promised that everything would be fixed with a gentleman's handshake. After 4 times the 5th time I was prom I purchased a used truck from them and was promised that everything would be fixed with a gentleman's handshake. After 4 times the 5th time I was promised the same xxxx from Ryan the GM. Pleaded with me for one more chance and was told face to face that they would fix the issues. They fixed a couple of things after 2 weeks of not having my truck. They finally called to let me know that my truck was ready. The front shocks are blown out and was told they would get me after market shocks. I'm just a guy off the street and knew they didnt make aftermarket for my rig but them the Ford dealer told me otherwise only to have ordered 2 different types and found out that I was correct about not having aftermarket shocks so needless to say I am xxxx out of luck. All this could have been prevented if they would have looked on ebay for used ones and put them in the truck and made me a happy customer bit no. They could have lied to me as they have been doing from day one and i I might have kept my mouth shut.i am driving a Ford raptor in Vancouver. You'll know it is me when you drive by my rig by the stickers of a guy pissing on damerow Ford. What a shame. BEWARE OF DAMEROW PROMISES!!!!!! More
