I'm convinced nobody actually works here. I've been trying to reach a service advisor for a week now to ask a simple question. Also busy. And apparently does not have a voicemail box I can leave a message in. What is going on at this place??? More

Agreed on car purchase of in transit vehicle. Went home and got check book and returned with $500 deposit. I went in today not expecting much. Seriously, I HATE shopping for cars ! The whole process, in the past, always left me feeling like I was taken advantage of. Not this time... They made the process absolutely painless and pleasant ! NO KIDDING ! I had two vehicles to trade in and, honestly, did not expect to get the value I wanted. I was VERY pleasantly surprised when they gave me my asking price for both vehicles. I would ABSOLUTELY, without hesitation, recommend Damerow Ford when it comes time to purchase a vehicle. More

I put down a deposit on a new vehicle that was coming in. Salesman said it was refundable. A few days later I asked to cancel the order both by phone and in writing. It has been over 2 weeks and they have not refunded my deposit. I have left messages agin with salesman and the sales manager. No response!!!! They can charge your CC within minutes of ok the charge, thy are totally irresponsible when asking for the credit back. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. More
