I won't be returning for any work that isn't completely covered under my warranty because this place isn't great and I advise you get a second quote for any of the work they're recommending. So far I've covered under my warranty because this place isn't great and I advise you get a second quote for any of the work they're recommending. So far I've only had terrible experiences here. They refused to replace all 3 of my engine mounts that I requested, only doing one, which then failed and needed to be replaced which was caused by the other mounts being worn out. They also ignored my request for an oil change wouldn't give me an explanation on why they wouldn't replace my 3rd mount. They also take forever to call back and no one seems to answer the phones if you miss their call. The work seems to be extremely overpriced for the area. They charged me 1,200 dollar to have my temperature sensor replaced and quoted be over 600 for a brake replacement that Les Schwab said should only cost 250. Finally despite me telling the sale department that I wasn't interested in selling, I was asked to come in and get a quote for the sale of my vehicle. More
They took care of the the sale of the rig quick and smoothly. Chase did everything he said he would do, all the way until I drove off the lot. smoothly. Chase did everything he said he would do, all the way until I drove off the lot. More
I wish I could rate this location 0 stars. Please don't come here. This location failed to provide the basic customer care any decent dealership would provide. I brought in my 2013 Ford Escape for a recall service. I was assigned the service advisor, Robby and he was absolutely horrible and failed at communicating with me. I took in my car at Thursday 7am, confirmed my cell with Robby in case he needed to reach me, received what appeared to be an automatic text from him providing me with an additional number to call/text for updates around 9am. I texted him a few hours later asking for any updates/new info - not a word from him. The receptionists were kind and patient, allegedly left notes on his desk to check in with me. At one point, one of the women I spoke to left a note for his manager as well so they were in the loop. My car ended up staying there overnight (no one told me anything) and I had to change my plans and figure out a ride to work for the following day. No loaner or rental car was offered. Come Friday morning, I call again, leave a voicemail - still nothing from Robby. He FINALLY calls me Friday around 10am saying he did call me and left a voicemail, informing me my car was ready yesterday. I call bluff, but sure. Turns out, nothing was done to my car so the whole appointment was pointless. Robby failed to communicate the situation and make it clear what was happening. At this point I was just eager to get my car back so they ended up delivering my car to my work. The guy who delivered it just handed me the keys, didn't confirm ID, name, situation - nothing. I could've been a stranger and he just handed the keys freely. He also altered my car settings and left all the protective plastic/paper gear in my car. Friday afternoon, a separate woman from the sales department reached out trying to mend the situation. She emailed the service manager to keep him in the loop and resolve the problem. Admirable efforts, but honestly, I was just fed up with everything and made an appointment at another Ford Dealership to assist me. Again, please don't come here. My experience with Robby (and the whole service department at this point) has been unprofessional and they all lack basic communication skills. As I read the reviews again, I'm seeing others had a similar experience to mine. I should've done better detective work. Do yourself a favor and take your Ford to another service department. More
This is the most sneaky, deceiving, lying dealership you can go to. The owner Brian will talk to you disrespectfully, The manager Bradley doesn’t do anything but lie, sales rep Yesenia just wants to sell can go to. The owner Brian will talk to you disrespectfully, The manager Bradley doesn’t do anything but lie, sales rep Yesenia just wants to sell a car doesn’t care that I’m a single mother and needed something reliable she just wanted a sell. I’ve gotten all 3 of my cars here and loyalty to them means nothing to them. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a car. They will say you’re “approved” and have you sign papers agreeing to a payment amount only for them to then call later and say sorry you’re not approved. They then will want a co-signer, you get them a co-signer and then they say sorry only the co-signer will be the main signer. 3 different people will tell you that they will call you back and they don’t. Take lots of pictures of buying a used car since they won’t fix anything after you drive it off the lot and make sure everything is in writing. I bought the car with cosmetic damage on the front bumper(I was ok with that)4 days after buying the car my skid plate came undone so I take it in only for them to team up and say I caused it even though I bought the car with cosmetic damage but now they’re saying there wasn’t any. Save yourself the stress and trouble and go to a different dealership. More
Get rid of Tyson Tavolazzi. We said it didn't make us feel comfortable and said no, he then moves on to other very shady sales tactics where he tried to run my wife's credit and said hers was better than mine, fine ok. I asked several times how this was going to work because she's not working. He said they'll make it work. (See email screenshots) Once he gets to the number we were comfortable with, Tyson came back and says the agreement was "greenlit" and final by putting my wife down as a "housewife and using my salary, which I thought was questionable but they're the finance people, I figured they knew what they were doing. . Fast forward, 12 days, they couldn't secure a loan and we now have to return the car. This was after returning to Damerow because they used the incorrect VIN for the contract. I left work early and my wife had to Re-Sign Everything where the initial payment was changed to $729, my wife caught it and they had to reluctantly reprint the contract with the agreed terms. Later that day and the next, they asked for bank statements (which at the time we had just received a large sum of money) this is when the next call comes in and they say they can't finance the car. Even though it was already approved by Ford Motor Company. The finance manager seemed very confused when I mentioned what Tyson had done to our paperwork, he's the one who wrote everything down on the application so that it would work with my wife's credit. They used several tactics just to get what they want. I will NEVER buy from this dealership or possibly step foot in another because of this guy Tyson. Avoid at all costs. They lied to the bank and to us. We are in the process of getting a lawyer cause they're picking up the vehicle on 04/01 (not an April Fools joke) I've got supporting documentation from screen shots, signed contracts and emails from this terrible sales manager. Damerow would be better off if this guy weren't to show his face there. He's deceitful and bad for business Don't do it! The sales guy Larry was honestly the most enjoyable part of the experience. His heart is in the right place but Tyson is definitely not there to help. He's there to make a sale and he failed by lying to the banks and to us. I've purchased a lot of cars. This guy Tyson made this the worst experience ever. Now, my old vehicle which they still have is past due. I would give ZERO stars if I could. Now, we're out a new vehicle, the insurance money and a late payment because they never sent the payoff to my current loan. Tyson uses deception to make a sale. Damerow would be better off without him. After I told him that I'd be posting on yelp and my wife would be contacting the news, he tried calling me twice. He's shady. Stay away! More

Their sales staff were not your typical car salesman, meaning they did not try to up sale me on price and were not forceful. I knew what I wanted to spend walking in and they were willing to work with me to meet my budget. They were honest, which made me feel comfortable in making my purchase decision. Bottom line is I trusted them, and they trusted me which is hard to find these days. Shout out to Bradley Edous (Sales Manager) and Ammie Jose in (Sales) as well as the rest of the team for making it a great car buying experience! More

Bought a 2023 F150 Lightning in January. Truck was totally misrepresented as new but turned out to be used from another dealership with 400 miles on it and none of the perks or "free" subscr Truck was totally misrepresented as new but turned out to be used from another dealership with 400 miles on it and none of the perks or "free" subscriptions that come with a new vehicle. Several promised phone calls were not returned, title and registration were months in the waiting and I could go on and on. That being said about the dealership, the Lightning itself is not ready for prime time in any respect especially with regard to the electronic software. Several of the features do not work or are unreliable; sometimes they do and sometimes they do not. Many of the features of the truck require subscriptions from 3rd parties including a "required" subscription to ATT that should be totally unnecessary with wifi in the garage and a hotspot on my phone when away. NEVER, NEVER buy a 2023 Ford Lightning. Guaranteed, you will regret it. The software in some respects is improving but others are getting worse. There are constant reminders that one should use voice commands while driving. Not only is voice recognition a joke, some commands require another subscription. I could go on but my blood pressure is already beginning to rise. But let me not forget, if you live in a cold climate or one that's just temperate like Oregon, your mileage will be a fraction of the truck's specification in winter time. The vehicle being of such new technology, the quality of the dealership's service center was very important to us but given the sales experience, we will Never, Ever deal with Damerow Ford again.
