This truck was at another Ford dealer -- I had already tried, unsuccessfully, to purchase this very truck from two other Ford dealers but they were terrible at communicating and follow-through. I was delighted when Sean brought me a far better deal than either of these 2 other Ford outlets. When I arrived at Damerow Ford to take delivery, the deal was as promised. There were no hidden surprises. I have already recommended Sean to friends who are thinking of replacing their trucks. More

Damerow sold me a car above advertised price My girl and I went in and found a used 2015 gt mustang. We bought it for 30995. When we got home i looked the car up online to see if there were any recalls. I noticed they advertised the price for 29995. According to Oregon law it is against the law to sell a car above their advertised price unless you have accessories installed. I have since printes out the advertised price. I have contacted them several times and I do not get an answer. Damerow has committed fraud and I am giving them a chance to make it right. More

I was contacted by 3 dealers and got a quote that seemed very reasonable from one dealer. My wife and I checked it out and felt the sales rep was too busy to spend much time with us. I was also contacted by June Jermany at Damerow Ford. He told me they would beat the quote I had gotten on a 2017 Expedition from the first dealership by at least $500.00 on a similar vehicle. He took the time to explain all the features to me and again to my wife on a separate visit. June is personable and we didn't feel pressured to buy. I enjoyed working with June and Damerow. I would recommend June Jermany and Damerow again. More

We arrived at the Ford dealership and a salesmen immediately approached my husband and I which was nice. We test drove a mustang that I was really interested in. I loved it. The salesmen said they put all cars through a "174" point inspection and if they don't pass they go to the auction so I didn't think to much of the gas gauge yelling at me that it was low when it was visibly at half a tank? The price was right so we decided to try to finance and trade in my 2002 toyota Corolla. Given it was an old car- it had new tires, it was well maintained and had just been serviced- they only gave me $350 for the trade. As we sat to sign papers the salesman told me a disturbing story that happened to him. He told me that a dealership allowed him to leave the lot with a car he thought he had and they called him back 3 days later and told him that the financing didn't go through and he had to bring the car back. This is day 3 for me and I have yet to hear back from anyone. I have made numerous attempts to contact Dan Hunt the finance scene manager and Brad ito's the sales manager who I had met while signing paperwork as well. All I wanted to know is the status of my auto loan and no one will give me the time of day I'm beginning to think this is what will happen to me. More

I will add that during all of the back and fourth on whether we could afford to buy or lease, we did not feel like they work swindling us or that they didn't want to work with us because of our financial background. Really, stand up guys! You know you're going to have a good experience when the salesman (Gary) walks out to greet us as I am making a fart joke to my lady AND he adds to the joke when we were test driving!
