On top of that Joe had a couple of seat belts replaced (Damaged by child seat - $900 cost), touched up few spots on paint, oil change, new antenna and ordered me a new owners manual. I really can't say enough about how pleased I am!! We are purchasing a second vehicle in a few months and I will be going back to Joe at Dallas lease returns. Joe was very easy to work with and knowledgeable about financing. There are two reasons for rating Customer Service and Overall Experience 'Good' rather than 'Great'..... Regarding the overall process, the one area in my opinion that can be improved is in providing prospective buyers with more information about the individual vehicles, which would help a buyer make a better informed decision. Also, in my case, Joe indicated that he would see if he could find out any additional information for me and, even though he did email me once with a status, I never heard from him again. My second suggestion to improve a customer’s buying experience concerns following through after the sale. More
