Most pleasant buying experience I knew the vehicle I wanted so I filled out an online application. Juan Contreras at Dallas Lease Returns, worked with me, and made this really the easiest car buying experience. I was so excited that the there was no haggling and he process was so smooth, I called a few friends while I was there, and told them about it. Juan went above and beyond to have my car delivered to my home while I was at work, and then even brought the key to my office. He was so accommodating, I almost felt bad that I might be taking advantage of his courtesy, but apparently that's just the nature of how they do business at Dallas Lease Returns. I almost can't wait to buy another car, because I know I no longer have to shop around. Dallas Lease Returns is the only place I will go from now on. Well the answer is that this place is not a car dealership. It is above and beyond anything place you could think of to purchase a vehicle. Its NOT just a bunch of smoke and mirrors, this place is genuine. I arrived here armed and ready to battle out a reasonable price, interest rate, and other painful aspects of car buying. I was pleasantly surprised to find that there was no need for the usually defense tactics women typically have to use with car buying. The process was easy-peasy, Jordan walked us through everything like a pro and helped to ease all of my concerns . We are delighted with not only our new vehicle but also with the process of obtaining it! Great inventory, amazing customer services, easy process, and reasonable rates, what more could you ask for!
