World Class Service I recently bought my 2011 GMC Yukon Denali from Chris Mikel. It was the best experience I have ever had in my life when buying a car-new or used. I told them I was interested in the Denali and that I had a two hour window the next day to come to their place of business to see it during work. Chris offered to bring the vehicle by my workplace instead so I didnt have to rush. The vehicle was in the great condition exactly as advertised. Chris was extremely professional, and knowledgeable about the vehicle, the industry, the dealership{11 years employed there}, and interest rates for financing. The vehicle was priced extremely fair and my co workers could not believe the deal I received for the SUV which was in mint condition. Chris also got me a better interest rate than my own bank. I wouldnt buy a car from anyone else and am taking the time to write this review because my experience was so impressive. More

I'm generally been excited every time I take delivery of a new (or used) vehicle, but I don't believe I've ever felt good about the whole deal until DLR. Shawn was a pleasure to work with. He had us and another family and somehow he managed to do a good job with both of us. Even after Shawn had given me a price, he found a small crack in the windshield and had the windshield replace without changing the price. I noticed several brochures for the standard add-ons (warranty, maintenance, etc.) but there was no pressure to try to add those to the deal. Absolutely the best vehicle buying experience. And kudos to the receptionist, whose name I did not get, for a warm greeting upon our arrival and continued "check-ups to see if we were comfortable while we waited for Shawn. More
