We began our search when James responded to an inquiry I made online about another SUV that was already spoken for. I’m an extremely “particular” person, knowing exactly what I’m looking for before I ever walk through the door---with a strict budget and a detailed list of wants (where every item on it is a deal breaker). To make matters more difficult, I’m pretty patient and willing to wait forever for an EXACT match (my current search began over 2 yrs ago). I forewarned James of this “mission impossible” from the beginning. He took note of my detailed list, kindly accepted the challenge, and said he would be (in his words) “like a detective on the case”. After several months of simply checking in on me and presenting me with a couple options here and there, the perfect vehicle appeared. James aggressively jumped on securing it before it even got a chance to get listed because he knew that it was the exact one for me. It’s still hard to believe I even put a deposit down on a vehicle that I’d never seen in person. But after communicating with and getting to know easy-going James over several months, I knew I was able to trust his word and promise that DLR only deals with quality vehicles. James walked through every phase of the process over the phone with me from beginning to end, always explaining everything thoroughly and making sure there were no problems. He had my SUV shipped here to me in Houston to look at and test out and it was just as he promised, exceeded even my high expectations. The finalizing process was super quick and easy. I have already recommended James Smith and DLR to one friend and will continue to do so to others. The only negative part of my experience is that I never got to meet James in person. I will take care of that on my next road trip to Dallas! More

My first mistake was not listening to him when he told me to put a deposit down to reserve the car I was interested in purchasing. When I showed up to test drive it the next day, it was gone! We were not looking forward to shopping for a vehicle, and having to go from place to place to find what we were looking for. When my husband found Dallas Lease Returns on the internet, and because they had so many vehicles in their show room, we decided to go there first. We are so happy we did! When we walked into Dallas lease Returns we were greeted by April Schedual at the front desk. She was a delight to visit with and was very professional and made us feel right at home. She quickly called for a Sales Representative, Mr. Brandon DeCuir who greeted us before we could turn around. We told him what we were looking for and he quickly began to provide information on each vehicle he thought we would like. He welcomed us to spend as much time as needed to find just the right vehicle. The price was better than we could have found anywhere. We got a fair price for our trade in which made it even better and the vehicle we purchased is just beautiful!!. Thank you so much Brandon, you were very professional and we appreciate you making this happen for us. The only thing is, we only had 5 stars to choose from on the overall rating of this dealership, but it was a 10 star experience from start to finish. It doesn't get any better than this.
