No let me talk to my manager or you have to wait for the finance guy- he did it all!! I called him wit I couldn't be happier with my purchase or my experience. This was my first dealing with Chris and it was nothing short of superb. I called him without notice and he took my call and was able to answer all my questions. I just recently got in the market for a new vehicle and he put me as ease. I hate the "car buying" process. I always felt like I was getting screwed. This was almost too easy of a process. On top of answering my ridiculous list of questions, he took the time to bring me the vehicle so I could look at it in person and test drive it. Obviously, I fell in love with it. Best price I have seen on a truck like this. He did this on ZERO notice from me, yet, he was more than accommodating. My family and I had an extremely busy day, but I was able to get up to the shop and get the papers and the truck to get my wife to sign as well. He stayed there until we could make it back and explained all the numbers and, go figure, it was EXACTLY what he told me it would be. No gimmicks, no excuses….he just delivered what he said he could. Absolutely amazing experience and I will be telling everyone that I can about it and referring anyone I can to Dallas Lease Returns. More

Outstanding & Efficient Service I contacted DLR via email Friday morning regarding a Ford found on the KBB site. Within an hour Al from DLR got back to me with the information I req I contacted DLR via email Friday morning regarding a Ford found on the KBB site. I made an offer that night and Al fought for a fare deal and financing for me and I drove home with my new car the next day on Saturday.
