An amazing dealership that was right under my nose! We were in an unfortunate situation where out car that we had for only 4 months was in an accident and listed as totaled. The process for looking for a car is already a pain due to making sure you have the funds and then having to deal with the dealership yet again. I used my insurances special site to go through available options out there and ran into a vehicle at Dallas Lease Returns. At first glance your instinct would be "Hey, this doesn't look like a normal brand dealership so be cautious." Sent in a quote request and customized the message letting know that we had no money to put down and we really needed payments at a certain amount. Enter Chris Mikell at Dallas Lease Return. This guy is no joke amazing to work with. Not only did he call me the same day but he basically made me go from freaking out about needing to find a car ASAP to making me feel as comfortable as possible. He was in communication through the whole process, put me at a priority one any time I needed him and got me through the process without trying to add in a whole bunch sales pitch stuff. The place is amazing not just because of Chris but also because of the way they handle the sales of their inventory. No joke I wish I was able to trade my other car in NOW and look at what they got because the car we ended up with was at a better price, better condition and had more with it. Not saying everyone will be able to find the same situation BUT you are probably guaranteed to get the best of what you are looking for. One of the best car buying experiences ever I found several vehicles online that were just what we wanted and at a very fair price. Instead of filling out the online contact info, we just showed up. It was New Year's Eve. Not sure what to expect, we we're pleasantly surprised by the appearance of the showroom. In no time we were greeted by Chris. We told him which vehicles we had come to see. Both vehicles were even better then they looked online. After a test drive we got down to business. In no time at all we were driving away in a top of the line SUV. Oh, and when we got home we noticed a problem with one of the tires. I snapped a pic and sent it to Chris. By this time they were closed and I did not expect a response till Tuesday due to the holiday. But I heard from Chris on Monday. And by Tuesday it was resolved to our complete satisfaction. I highly recommend Dallas Lease Return. We love our new vehicle. More

He got me a great deal, and had the paperwork completely filled out before I got there. I flew to Dallas, and was out of there in 30 minutes (including the test drive). When I arrived, my new car was ready to go with a fresh oil change, full tank of gas, and detailed to the point that it honestly looked brand new. In fact, all of their vehicles in stock looked brand new. Would not hesitate to purchase a vehicle from James in the future and simply having it delivered next time. Simple and Fast- Best way to buy a used car!! Al was very helpful my wife had presentations to make at work and could only get away at lunch. Shopping for a vehicle should be an exciting, stress-free, and hassle-free type of ordeal. This is exactly what we got at DLR. Rather than showing up and getting harassed by salespeople (sorry car dealerships, your'e not all this way), at DLR you are free to simply browse the warehouse (everything is stored inside) and request additional aid when you feel like it. Before making a trip to Texas, I called DLR to attempt to confirm what I'd read about them online and determine for myself what they were all about. It quickly came to my attention how they only sell the cream of the crop vehicles brought back from leases, and simply auction those that don't make the cut. This phone call involved no attempt to sell anything either, which aligned perfectly with the laid-back style of conducting business I'd read about online. When we arrived, we were allowed the opportunity to test drive the vehicle with complete freedom to inspect all aspects of the car. At a previous dealership, the salesman rode along and told me every single turn to make during the 3 minute test drive. Thank you, DLR, for being genuine, thorough, and legitimate professionals.
