Easiest most best experience for a 1st time car buyer! When I first started looking for a new car two months ago, I was not sure where to begin and where to exactly go. I've had several recommendations and When I first started looking for a new car two months ago, I was not sure where to begin and where to exactly go. I've had several recommendations and had several cars on the list to go check out. With it being my first time ever buying a new car I was nervous of how my experience was going to be. Well my manager recommended me to this place and had found several cars for me to go check out. At first when my and my boyfriend went we just wanted to go look around and get an idea. When we walked in we were greeted by the front desk and then by Yulian. He greeted us with a smile and showed us where to go so we can see the cars and if we had any questions to just look for him! After a couple of minutes he found us, he asked if we had any questions and with me being afraid of how to go about getting a new car, he reassured us and offered to help us get an idea. I have to say he knows what he's doing!! He asked about what my budget was and helped me find something that not only was affordable but nice and stylish I have to say! The first vehicle he found I test drove it and was not sure but the second vehicle he found for me I completely fell in love!! After that the rest of the experience was a breeze! I highly recommend him because he goes above and beyond!! I know for sure we'll be going there again to get another vehicle when the time comes! More

He communication style and also the way he treating customers with the outmost respect making the whole buying process so easy and pleasant. By the way, they are so market competitive, after we searched for this BMW-diesel model for 3 months nationwide, our decision-making was no-brainer. We end up flying from Atlanta to Dallas to pickup the car, Roel provided the ride to the dealership.
