The prices were a bit lower than some dealerships for similar vehicles, due to their business model from my understanding. My salesman, Billy Goss, was laid back, informative, steered me in the right direction without ever being pushy. In fact he was one of the most pleasant sales people I've dealt with on a large purchase and I didn't have to talk with three or four other employees to close the deal. I did get one phone message from Kris in management just to be sure I was taken care of and to answer any possible questions. Again, laid back, not pushy. Billy stayed in touch and made sure we were on the same page the whole time. He accommodated my needs to complete the paperwork. We met at a public place during my lunch hour where Billy was considerate of our surroundings when discussing financial details; he was very discrete which I found especially thoughtful. Customer service at its finest Absolutely the best customer service I've experienced. After looking for several months I finally found my truck at Dallas Lease Returns. However, I l Absolutely the best customer service I've experienced. After looking for several months I finally found my truck at Dallas Lease Returns. However, I live in Yuma, AZ, Ricky was quoted $800 for shipping my truck, reasonable. However, the shipping company who provided him the quote was push us around they kept saying they would come pick up the truck week after week. Obviously they need some customer service lessons from Dallas Lease Returns (DLR). Ricky took it upon himself to look for another shipping company, he found some but they all wanted to ship at $1200, DLR covered the difference, exceptional, no hassle that was GREAT. I finally received the truck, after driving it around for a couple days then and only then did I notice a dent on the roof of the cab (which was there prior to shipping). I got a quote from a local repair shop then called Ricky, a couple days later he got back to me that they would cover the repair cost of the dent. EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE, the way it should be. I really do believe is a lost characteristic with most companies these days. But not DLR, they are the epitome of great customer service.
