Plesant experience I was looking online for a newer truck. I knew I wanted a 2014 GMC Crew cab. Carmax had yours on an ad. He showed the truck and took for a test drive. I was hooked. My favorite part was the no. F and I running back and forth. I was what it was. I was a two word deal. Yes or No. simple. No pressure. We decided to go out of state to see the truck but while we were on the process of it he worked extra hard and made it feel easy. We didn't have to wait long to end the tidious part of all (paperwork yiakes!) we are more than pleased with all his help. Besides being amazed with the wonderful attention, inventory was also a Wow. Perhaps their whole sales staff displays the same high professional service, but Ricky was right upfront about not misrepresenting knowledge of the mechanical "fitness" of the vehicle and was quite willing for me have an and independent car inspector evaluate the car for me. As I was looking at a 2003 Porsche 911 and lived in New Mexico I found the offer to have an independent inspection critical to my decision making. I inquire what the "out the door" cost would be and Ricky promptly emailed me the information. I placed a hold on the car and traveled to Dallas to give it one last personal inspection. Ricky had all the paper work in order, taking into account I was an out-of-state purchaser, and the transaction was a piece of cake with absolutely no surprises. In short there was no misrepresentation, no pressure, and a willingness to work with me. More
