When the original vehicle did not work out for us, she searched until we found exactly what we were looking for, at the price we needed. And, there is no doubt the inventory is all exceptional! They are very detailed with their inventory, making sure the mileage is low, the small dings / wear you'll normally find in a used car is virtually non-existent! The car looked like it just rolled out of production! Then, Afton was able to get all the paperwork completed. We came in, signed paperwork, and walked out with our new car 10 mins later! I went to Dallas Lease Returns to check out the 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee I was interested in, then we took it for a test drive and after, I looked at 2 other Grand Cherokees. Never once did I feel pressured to make a decision and when I asked for information and/or time to think about things, Roel was there with the answers. This was the first dealership I had been to where they did not have a "finance/business" office. And the funny thing was, Roel didn't even push any of the "usual products" that happen in the "finance manager's/business office" of other dealers. I asked about them, and made decisions completely on my own. Excellent service all around and I got a car I always wanted. Roel really made my car buying experience hassle-free and convenient.
