Both vehicles, it turns out, belonged to Dallas Lease Returns. Every time I hit on Great Deal, it turns out that at least one belongs to DLR. I took a leap of faith, and that was the greatest deal. Roel and his wife and staff, babysat my dog while I was vehicle shopping that same July 4th. Roel did more than anyone has EVER done to make sure I found MY F150. He had it delivered to my house 65 miles away, replaced expensive floor mats and gave fuel card. But, I felt like I was Special. DLR and Roel Ortiz are Awsome. Hit on Great Deal and take that leap!!! Super easy buying process, nice showroom! My son found the truck he wanted on the internet, showed up here because that;s where it was at. Just happened to show up half hour before they closed My son found the truck he wanted on the internet, showed up here because that;s where it was at. Just happened to show up half hour before they closed on Saturday evening. Checked out the truck, took a test drive and went home. Called Monday morning, filled out the online credit app, wife came by later to sign the papers (because she happened to be in the area) and they delivered the vehicle the next morning to our house. How simple could it get! Loved the fact that the showroom was indoors and I'm sure the owners sleep well at night not having to worry about the Texas hail storms. The day after delivery, the check engine light came on. Took it to a dealership and they wanted an outrageous price to fix it. Called the DLR sales rep and he arranged to have it fixed by their mechanics for a fourth of the price quoted by the dealership. Hey, it's a used car that your buying, so it's not out of the question that you might have an issue, but they went out of their way to make it right. Will return here for my next car purchase.
