Aside from two strut replacements and a cupping tire I knew about after my pre vehicle inspection - this car was golden, I love it! James made this experience extremely easy! I have always bought my cars cash but never from a dealership or car lot before but I've heard tons of horror stories about negotiations and overselling..etc. NONE of this took place here! He gave me add on options which he made entirely clear were OPTIONAL and didn't make me feel bad when I turned him down. He was personable, easy to reach after I requested time to think about it, had my plates sent to me extremely quick and courteously followed up with me a few times after the sale to make sure everything was still going well with my car. Seriously. IF you've got your eyes on a luxury car like I was and your worried you might get a lemon at some used car lot - just wait for your ride to show up on their inventory list and ask for James, you'll see what I mean!
