After a long hunt for the right match, I recently purchased a 4Runner from Chris at Dallas Lease Returns. He took the time to perform a thorough “walk around” video. He pointed out the minor blemishes as well as hi-lighted items that were in above average condition on the vehicle. He gave me contacts to 4 different area shops to get a pre-purchase inspection. After everything checked out to be in good order, I had a family member who lives in the area come and put a second set of eyes on the vehicle. My cousin isn’t easily impressed. He thought highly of Chris and Dallas Lease Returns’ facility. Chris did an excellent job in communicating throughout the buying process, making this a very smooth transaction. He is easy to work with, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He even took the time to make sure I made it home safely.
