3/4 ton 4x4 I was at the GMC dealership for work related reasons. Mr Gene, coworker, wanted to browse around to see if he could find a hunting truck. Walking around Mr Gene didn't see anything that he wanted. This attracted the attention of a client adviser Justin Goodwin. He asked how we was, and if he could help us find a specific vehicle. Gene said he was just looking,killing time, not serious about buying. Justin gave us a card, and said to let him know if we needed any help. I spoke up asking about 3/4 ton 4x4 used. Justin said there was a 2000 model in the front row for $10,000. After getting the keys and driving it, I decided it was perfect. Justin took care of everything while i was at work. All I had to do was come back after work, sign, and take my truck home. Signing the paperwork, I noticed $1700 was took off the price. !!!AWSOME!!! More

I did find a car that met most of my qualifications. However, counting on my father for financial assistance I could not make the deal. Timing was off for my father financially. I did not feel the pressure or hard sell from Justin. He asked me what I wanted and needed, not the other way around! Overall it was a very pleasant experience. More

A Truly Wonderful Experience! Tracy was wonderful to deal with during our visit for a new car. Tracy found us food and did everything he could to make the process go by quickly. I am truly blessed to have had Tracy help us come to a decision. He helped us weigh the pros and cons which led us getting a new 2014 Buick Enclave which we are 150% happy with our choice. Thank you Tracy for everything (Tim too!!). Not only was he courteous when fulfilling all my requests, he was knowledgeable about the vehicles and would not hesit and used vehicles on the lot. Just a friendly face and willing to help.I advised him of my situation and what I wanted and in less than 5 minutes I was test driving the car that I later would be driving home. During the paper work process and waiting to see if I would be approved, Ricky was talking to my husband and I like we were old friends. We quickly made the "Tallahassee Connection" and who we both knew and started sharing stories. It was not your typical car buying experience. I felt like they were there to help me get what I want and not just to make a sale, it was like talking to a friend and not a sales person. I left a few hours later in my awesome 2010 4Runner SR5 and we look forward to purchasing my husband's truck from Ricky in the next year. We have been looking at other dealerships and had sales people follow us on foot while we were still in our car, like we were being hunted. It was so refreshing to be able to walk in, tell them what I want, and leave the same day. I would recommend Ricky and his crew to anyone who is thinking about making a purchase. More
