He was professional and knowledgeable about the vehicles in stock and recommended the Buick Encore for me. I was able to test drive the Encore and Tim answered all of my questions without once pressuring me to make a purchase. Once I decided that this was the right vehicle for me, I was introduced to Paul Fannon who quickly handled all of my paperwork and explained everything in detail. When the deal was done, Paul made sure that I was comfortable in the Encore and showed me where everything was in the vehicle (on/off for lights and windshield wipers, how to adjust the mirrors, explained the On Star system, etc...)
