Every step of the way, he answered our questions, and make us feel so comfortable. We had a few issues with a scratch getting fixed, but it ultimately got fixed and Justin was quick to be on our side to make sure we were taken care of every step of the way. He also has a fabulous personality, talking to him felt like talking to a friend, he wasn''t a pushy salesman in any way. We will definitely be buying a car from him again! More

"Great Client Advisor!" I received the opportunity to work with a great client advisor, who provided an awesome experience, along with superior customer service. My client advisor--Tracy Warner, showed me large number of cars and SUVs that I thought I was interested in viewing. I told him, I wanted a SUV and he was very honest and asked, "so why are we looking at cars." When it comes to car buying, it takes me a little more time to make a decision and Tracy was very patient and understanding and served as a great advisor in regards to getting me into the vehicle I wanted!!! When I hoped into this one particular vehicle, I was smiling from ear to ear! And he stated, "This vehicle is you!" Today, I am driving in a 2014 Buick Encore SUV and I love it!!! More
