I am 70 yrs old and this was my first GM product I have purchased.I have always bought a Ford. This was the worse buying experience I have ever had. It took 4 hours to buy a red GMC pickup. We were the only buyers there for those 4 hrs. After 3 hrs they brought us a piece of paper with our low ball trade in. They did change it after we complained. There we two other items on the paper that we had to ask about. They didn't volunteer. One was for running boards and other was for floor covers. It seemed like they were priced too high but what did I know. They added six accessories from the time that I first called until I arrived. None showed up on the internet. Some we written in with a marker lot and some we found out about when they showed us a piece of paper. I have no problem with most of the add ons. It was when I returned for the " free oil change" that I looked at another truck on their lot and saw that they charged me $600 more for the same running boards that I had on my truck. Not to mention $260 for four little pieces of plastic they call door guards. I blame myself for this I sort of knew that they were over charging me for these but after 3 or 4 hours of me and my wife sitting there I guest they just wore me down. If you buy anything from them don't tell them what you are looking for and when you are coming. They will just add more accessories The last problem was that we left with no paperwork. I later find out that it was on a flash drive that we didn't get. After 4 hrs I was just ready to leave. I did call and the sent it to me so I could print my paperwork out myself. I am always treated with respect, and I always feel like they take the time needed to explain everything and do things the right way. I have worked with salesman Paul Fannon for about a year trying to find the right vehicle. He went above and beyond to make sure I found the car I wanted. He listened and answered all my questions completely and patiently. He learned who I was and remember what my needs were. He is extremely knowledgeable about the automotive industry and the inner workings of the dealership, and he worked hard to make sure that every detail was taken care of. He was easy to communicate with via phone, email, or text, and showed tremendous empathy in all aspects of the process. I didn’t feel like a number. I didn’t feel like just another sale. I felt like I mattered and that they cared enough to spend as much time as needed to make sure that I was satisfied. I must say I am truly pleased and amazed on how Dale Earnhardt Jr's staff made sure to correct a mistake that left me feeling pretty upset. With the quick response to me and how they showed that yes the Earnhardt Jr's staff made sure to correct a mistake that left me feeling pretty upset. With the quick response to me and how they showed that yes they do care, they fixed my issue asap. The whole staff was very nice and didn't hesitate to take the next step in making sure my questions were answered completely. Lisa, a service advisor handled my service from beginning to the end. Very sweet and gracious person to work with. Lisa made sure all my needs and details were met. Definitely recommend this dealership to everyone. More
