Alex, as it turned out over the next few days, was not so much a "SALES" person as an advisor and consultant. There was none of the “sign here, sign fast” pressure one often gets in this situation. Rather, Alex took the time to ask us—and actually LISTEN to-- the right questions as he helped nail down what it was we really needed, and then which of the cars on the lot or in transit was the best fit for us and our needs. In one instance, he actually talked us out of a car that seemed fine for us, introducing instead another that was a better fit for the long term—and there was no real difference in price for us (or profit for the dealership), just customer long-term satisfaction.
