I have purchased 5 Toyotas from this dealership. However, I have an issue that has not been resolved with my 2016 RAV4. Professional and knowledgeable The man who greeted me and took my keys and prepared it for service was efficient and professional. I was sent a video by the technicians explaining the status of my car and what was suggested to be done. I called Matthew to explain as I had never heard of what needed to be repaired on my vehicle.
