Everyone that helped me on Friday 1/26/24 were absolutely amazing! I called first and spoke with a woman who was so understanding and patient, to the Parts Dept where a gentleman was awesome and even came outside to tape my mirror and hold me over and from preventing further damage. Then the service dept gentleman who helped me went out of his way and spoke with the foreman to squeeze me in the following day as I had to travel to Westchester dure to a death in the family. I never met the foreman but I would like him to know that I personally and genuinely appreciate him doing this for me. Every employee who I dealt with (and behind the scenes) made the process easy and quick. Thanks so much to all of you. I will always remember your help, patience, and compassion.
