I had a terrible service experience. I made an appointment, weeks in advance, for a simple oil change and tire rotation, and that I would be waiting for my vehicle for my appointment. I I made an appointment, weeks in advance, for a simple oil change and tire rotation, and that I would be waiting for my vehicle for my appointment. I purchased the lifetime oil change package when I bought the car. I also had concerns about the hatch/trunk of my car not opening all the way. I had a 1pm appointment and I dropped my vehicle off at 12:50pm. I inquired with the person handling my vehicle (Lauren Fusaro) after an hour waiting, at 2pm. At that time, I was told it would just be another 20 minutes. At 2:45, I received the video showing the safety inspection was completed. And I was told it would be another 15 minutes. At 3:25, I checked with Lauren again about the status of my car and I was told it would be another 5 minutes. I also informed her I would be submitting a complaint about the service today, especially if the trunk is still not fixed. She did not seem to care at all. People who checked in after me left before me. I was handed my keys at 3:40pm. Regarding my trunk, they told me it was opening fine- I explained over and over that it is not opening all the way and that I have to manually push it open the rest of the way open so that I don’t hit my head. It was ignored and I checked it when I finally got my vehicle and it was doing the exact same thing. I went back inside, and ultimately Lauren had a tech come out, Dan, who I showed the concern to. He (very quickly) was able to reset the setting so that the trunk fully opened. More
