DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota - Service Center

I went in with my certified tacoma just bought three months ago & my Check engine light on & bucking in my transmission. I have to admit that I was a little annoyed. The manager, I spoke to ,took me rig months ago & my Check engine light on & bucking in my transmission. I have to admit that I was a little annoyed. The manager, I spoke to ,took me right into service and Judy Deems a Service advisor. She listened to what I said and that it could possibly be a problem from mice. I didn’t want to hear that because of course that wouldn’t be covered under my extended warranty. The mechanic did a very great job of repairing everything and the truck drives excellent. . It turns out that it was a mouse problem, and there was a nest in my engine. They chew through my harness and seals. It was costly , but I have to admit that Judy Deems was right about the mice and that it only shows that you have excellent people working at the service desk and top notch mechanics working there to take care of the any problems that come up. What surprises me is that a dealership the size of yours and you have no loaners but wanted me to leave the car anyway,, wasn’t happen getting done. Last month Battery died. Service rep advised battery under warranty; no charge. When I went in was I was told no record of buying battery. After an argument was told it was m Service rep advised battery under warranty; no charge. When I went in was I was told no record of buying battery. After an argument was told it was miscoded and I was charged $83.00. Then I went in this month for oil change and tire rotation. Was told I had to pay for tire rotation. I have a service contract where this is included. Rep said no and I had to speak to manager which I did. He advised I did have free rotation. Why are the reps trying to rip me off??? I am a loyal customer. Only bring my car to dealership for service. This is how a loyal customer is treated?? Not anymore. I will not do business with Toyota. More
