Fast and convenient We brought our Sienna in for the 15000 mile service and waited for it. Service was fast and the waiting room was convenient - tv, coffee, even bagels We brought our Sienna in for the 15000 mile service and waited for it. Good Experience Kathleen was great--friendly and efficient. The actual service was slow--I had an appointment,(so I would not have to drop off the car), but still wa Kathleen was great--friendly and efficient. The appointment was to avoid a drop off service. The diagnosis and fix were very reasonably priced as was the oil change. More

Didnt do what was expected Brought my car in 2x and showed clerk rust spot. She informed me it would be covered and to bring it in when i got next oil change and they would do i Brought my car in 2x and showed clerk rust spot. She informed me it would be covered and to bring it in when i got next oil change and they would do it. I did that and then she informed me it had to be left an entire day. So then i scheduled an appointment to leave it. When i got there she showed the rust spot to another person who said it would not be covered. The second person then told me she would look into the cost and call me and let me know. That was 5 days ago and still no call. Always an issue at that dealership. More
