Disappointed, once again. Virtually every service experience I have had with you has been disappointing and/or frustrating. This time was bad (but not the worst.) I explained Virtually every service experience I have had with you has been disappointing and/or frustrating. This time was bad (but not the worst.) I explained my current horn problem in great detail when I made the appointment. When I brought the car in, I was having the problem which is cold related. A half hour after I arrived, I heard my horn honk - sounding almost normal. The car being inside for a half hour allowed it to warm up and the problem almost went away. I had warned them about this when I made the appointment. A few minutes later, I was told they couldn't do anything since they couldn't duplicate the problem. The problem is nonexistent at about 35 degrees, it presents itself in the 20's and is severe near zero when the horn barely squeaks. I informed the scheduler all of this so you should have known the situation. I also loved the bulls**t explanation offered by the "mechanic." Note that the horn sounded normal throughout the past two winters... I have had many vehicles in my 75 years, from a Renault Dauphine, to a Morgan, to Toyotas, to Mercedes, from pickups to sports cars to minivans, from diesels to gasoline to electric and have never before encountered this "problem." I have reported this situation to Toyota customer service. I have been given a reference number but have not received the promised return call yet. Case# - 1802060172 More
