My lights are very low, but your claimed they are ok I bought this car 3 weeks ago. I told the Juan Padilla about the problem with the lights. He said to bring them to service. I am having trouble driving at night because they are very dim. My old 2003 Highlander has better lights than this car. I am very upset that a car that I am going to be paying for the next 5 years have so poor lights. Your dealership should take ownership of this problem and change them. More

I have a 2013 Avalon Hybrid with a dead 12 volt battery. I did not drive my 2013 Avalon Hybrid sedan for about 3 months. The 12-volt battery was dead as a result. Allison Croshier was flexible as I could not bring in my car on time as I had to wait for AAA to jump start my car. She was able to locate a battery from another dealer and fixed my car in 3.5 hours. Allison was courteous and professional. More

Fixing my 2009 Prius I took my 2009 Prius to DCH for NY inspection. They found all the problems and fixed them competently. It was not inexpensive. Service I recently had my car serviced for a problem with the tire pressure gauge light. While they assured me the pressure in my tires as well as the spare I recently had my car serviced for a problem with the tire pressure gauge light. While they assured me the pressure in my tires as well as the spare was ok I explained I did not want to drive with the light coming on since I would not know if there was a real issue with the pressure. It was not as simple as reseting the pressure gauage. The technician and shop forman found the problem and fixed it. Even though my car is 12 years old Michael Giordano ensured the car was fixed properly and that I would feel safe driving it. I have only ever used DCH for all my car needs since I bought the car 12 years ago. I have always been treated with the utmost respect and I feel honesty in my dealings with DCH. I especially appreciated that Michael wanted to make sure my issue was fixed promptly and properly. I know when I buy my next car it will definitely be at DCH. More
