Great experience I brought my RAV 4 in for its 25.000 mile service and was beginning to hear a grinding sound in the front brakes and had an air filter issue both wer I brought my RAV 4 in for its 25.000 mile service and was beginning to hear a grinding sound in the front brakes and had an air filter issue both were taken care of on the same day and the cost was reasonable. Alicia was very informative and personable she has such a great personality considering that she was stuck working on a Sunday she never said a negative thing about it. I would definitely use the service center for repairs needed beyond my service contract in the future. More

vacuum pump recall I received a recall notice and called to schedule an appointment. The person I spoke to on the phone (Joann) put me on hold to check if the part was a I received a recall notice and called to schedule an appointment. The person I spoke to on the phone (Joann) put me on hold to check if the part was available. She then told me she would make the appointment 3 weeks out to make sure the part was in. I received at least 3 different emails from DCH , the last one the DAY BEFORE the appointment to confirm. I arrived and was told it would be 1 1/2 hr wait. After almost 50 minutes Thomas came and told me unfortunately they didn't have the part. I then waited another 10 minutes to get my car back. Thomas tried to help by giving me a free car wash certificate and a $15 gas card. I was extremely disappointed that DCH just didn't have its act together. I expected better communications within your shop so that at minimum Thomas should have known part was unavailable when I checked it. All in all a very BAD experience! More

excellent service and excellent place Every time I come back to this service center for either the routine checkout or a maintenance, I enjoy the stay. The employees are very friendly, and they always help me choose a better plan with a less price. I feel they actually care. Plus the whole center is very clean and nice.
