I bought a used car there and a month later I kept getting an EVAP code I brought it back four times for the same problem. They were unable to diagnose it until the last time when it turned out to be getting an EVAP code I brought it back four times for the same problem. They then informed me that it's not covered and it would cost at least $2,000 for the replacement of a tank. When I said that was ridiculous because I had already been there four times prior for the same error they called me back and said they would do it for $1,000, I declined and did it myself for $400. After all the back and forth and only owning the car for less than a month I thought it was handled poorly. More

I was sent a video inspection from the mechanic directly to my phone and a separate cost estimate sent to me to review before discussing with the service team. Everyone was honest and reassuring during the entire process. While my car was being fixed, they set up an Uber for me to go home and another to return when it was completed. I will be returning for any future services needed. More
