I’ve had a bad experience with this service center before, so when the recall came in the mail I was honestly dreading going and put it off for a whil I’ve had a bad experience with this service center before, so when the recall came in the mail I was honestly dreading going and put it off for a while. I was pleasantly surprised by how helpfully the call center was in finding me an appt that worked with my schedule, I was happy they had such early appointments on a Saturday, the tech I dealt with was very respectful and nice and it actually only took one hour instead of the two that they thought it would. The experience was a total win. The only suggestion would be for dogs that are not service animals to not be allowed in the waiting room. More
