As always great service! The best think I like of this service center is how client oriented they are. I have 4 kids and my minivan started having loud belt grinding noises in The best think I like of this service center is how client oriented they are. I have 4 kids and my minivan started having loud belt grinding noises in the morning. I drop the car to the dealer late afternoon and was concern that my car was not going to be ready same day and needed to do renal car accommodations. The Toyota service team inspected my car and let me know that car needed to stay overnight to fix the water pump and informed that they will also take the time to take care of a safety recall. They also let me know that they will have another minivan ready for me from their rental fleet which was great to hear. They helped me move my car seats and other items from my van to other van and I was ready to continue with my day. The whole experience was great and only took ~30 min. My Car was ready next day by mid morning and the process to drop the car, move the car seats to my car and pay only took ~15 min... and I was ready to continue my day. More

Worst service don't care about you Trouble with brakes on car keep coming up with excuses as to why it doesn't need to be fixed. Delt with service manager Miss Crosby who didn't know how to work computer and argued with me about my free oil changes I had left saying I didn't have any left I had to call Toyota who showed her how to use her computer . Now finally proving I had one free left she was very smug and knew it all . To much to list about brakes ,scraping sounds stating at 9 thousand mi. Miss Crosbie says this is normal noise on a knew Toyota and her new Toyota does it also. Really! How about the fact that they sometimes don't work in the rain they don't care they wait until you get hurt or worse just like with the airbags . If you have brake problems with your new RAV4 call or write National Highway Safety put your claim in hopefully you will get your money back for repairs when recall comes keep all records trying to get rid of my RAV4 . More

The reason given is that they only have 1 car and driver and 'you just missed him'. Plan to waste your time [if you have a job] waiting for them to finish your vehicle. The overall time missed from your work will be less. Because I had a recall I had to come here, but I don't come because I get paid when I'm at work, not waiting for my car. More

Service with a flat I spent 3+ hours and over a thousand dollars at the DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota service center yesterday. They sent me out with out with only three v I spent 3+ hours and over a thousand dollars at the DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota service center yesterday. They sent me out with out with only three valve caps on my tires, and one of the valve stems was massively leaking. I came out of my house this morning to a flat tire. Luckily I was able to get the vehicle to a Mavis Tire shop who quickly resolved the issue and fixed me up for free. Sloppy work. More
