When it went over that time the associate came out and told me it should not be much longer and it was only a few minutes beyond that. I appreciate the communication. Cashiers Texting on Cell Phone - Bad for business Kathleen, I believe was my service agent and she was great. However when I went to check out after a $400 bill the young women working at the counter Kathleen, I believe was my service agent and she was great. However when I went to check out after a $400 bill the young women working at the counter was more worried about texting on her cell phones then attending to my business. I had to interrupt the first women as I stood in front of her for at least a few minutes to get her attention.. When I asked the second young women that tendered my bill where my vehicle was, she said "well its over there to the left or right and then continued to text on her phone.. Well it wasn't over there the left or right it was in a parking lot across the street. Step up the customer service game. As a business person myself, it's just ridiculous that staff are allowed to use their personal phones to that degree instead of dealing with customers. It's insulting and rude. More
