Nice people, good service with one exception I bought a Prius Prime last year and within a month of my purchase, the driver's side mirror housing was loose. There was no outside damage at all, ye I bought a Prius Prime last year and within a month of my purchase, the driver's side mirror housing was loose. There was no outside damage at all, yet the mirror housing was obviously not secure. It wobbled while driving. Since I was not able to "prove" that my car had not had an accident or had not been hit by another car, DCH Wappingers Falls dealership refused to fix it. After spending over $20,000 on a new car, I thought that denial was a poor business decision. I can see if the housing was smashed or even scraped. But that was not the case. I have always recommended the Prius line to friends, but I think that era is over. Any car maker that tries to save money that way is suspect. Will Toyota make good on any other guarantees that came with the car? More

Another recall forcing me to use this dealership I went to this dealership for yet another urgent recall for front and side airbags. The recall notice said it would take 90 minutes but of course, it I went to this dealership for yet another urgent recall for front and side airbags. The recall notice said it would take 90 minutes but of course, it took 3 hours and at the end of the 3 hours the mechanic was nowhere to be found (at lunch, perhaps?) so I could not get my paperwork unless I waited for him to come back. So not only can Toyota not make the cars properly, they cannot fix them in a timely manner, wasting my time, as usual. More
