Quick and Easy I am not a fan of going to the dealership for any kind of maintenance. In the past I have had bad experiences at other dealerships... but this one was I am not a fan of going to the dealership for any kind of maintenance. Sunday emergency visit My wife's driver side window on our Highlander went down and couldn't go back up. On a Saturday night. With my wife leaving town on Monday. Came to the service center on a Sunday, which I didn't even know was an option until I saw it online. They graciously took the car, got the window up, and vacation was saved. Highly recommend. More

Not giving an offer I brought a coupon to the dealership that stated they were giving a synthetic oil change for $24.95. When I presented this to the person processing me I brought a coupon to the dealership that stated they were giving a synthetic oil change for $24.95. When I presented this to the person processing me in he stated that the reason he couldn’t give me the deal was because my car took more oil. He didn’t even add 10 dollars to the 24.95. Instead I paid 70.00 for my visit. I feel as if you are going to offer such a deal/service even if the car is bigger then something should be done to try and give those a discount as well. The person who checked me in was very condescending. I don’t know if he would have been that way if my husband had brought the SUV to be serviced. More
