Misleading Coupon I have always come to this Toyota dealership and each interaction has always been pleasant, however, during this visit I went in for a brake job with I have always come to this Toyota dealership and each interaction has always been pleasant, however, during this visit I went in for a brake job with a coupon that I had which stated $99.95 per axel and under the description it stated "replace brake pads." To my understanding, I knew I would have to pay for the rotors, however, I thought I would only have to pay $99.95 for each brake pad and brake pad change which included the labor the price. The sales representative, Kathy, explained to us that the coupon only included only the price of the brake pad. Although, she was kind and courteous, it still did not change the fact that the coupon was misleading. If I had known initially I would have to pay for 2 hours of labor on top of the price of the brake pads, I would not have scheduled an appointment and wasted everyones time. More

When I brought it in the last time for an oil change I was told that I had a slight leak in my rear axle seal, nothing urgent, but bring it in when you get time. I dropped it off and it's fixed again. I love that they pulled the car right up to the building when I finished paying and didn't have to try to find it. I also love that they award points that come in the mail and can be used towards future service appointments. It made paying for it a little less painful. It's a far cry from when I used to see a repair person quarterly, when I drove similar GM products. More
