I'm actually requesting Mike G for my rep next service (hopefully not for awhile). My only recommendation is to emphasize cleanliness, and that you give a quick power wash (3 mins) to spray down exterior of body, and quick interior check as well. I've never seen the outside of my truck that dirty (covered in spring debris and yellow) and there is a grease/oil stain on interior drive side door (cloth material). .Had to go to the car wash right away, Simple fix that will go a long way with clientele after the $$$ spent. Lenny H. - 2007 Tundra Check Engine light Tom H. kept me informed throughout the troubleshoot for the dreaded check engine light causing NYS inspection issue/ failure. The service tech workin Tom H. kept me informed throughout the troubleshoot for the dreaded check engine light causing NYS inspection issue/ failure. The service tech working on the truck did quite extensive troubleshooting to find a shorted grounded wire. We have no problem taking our vehicles to DCH Toyota for continued excellent customer service and quality of work. More

Understanding Staff I went in for an oil change and my brakes to get looked at and after some time they found a few others things that needed to be worked on. The total I went in for an oil change and my brakes to get looked at and after some time they found a few others things that needed to be worked on. The total wait time would be about 3 to 4 hours. I didn't want to wait that long so I was going to reschedule for a drop off next week but Tom the service person I was dealing with offered me a car for the day and I wouldn't have to come back next week. That was a huge help and a sigh of relief for me. More
