My service team was fine. The service department logistics not so much. I left at least 5-6 messages and received one return phone call after I persisted with the operator.. Rather than calling me to state that they couldn’t replicate an issue perhaps a phone call to the client would have assisted. After a rain storm, I still have windows that clunk when I put them down blamed on a dirty window but I sure hope you didn’t sell me a dirty brand new car … the clunk has been happening since I brought the car home. Your web site is not user friendly and actually dropped my first appointment. Luckily I wondered why I hadn’t received a reminder and there was nothing on my app account so I called to find out why my car service was not on the schedule This required an additional 5 weeks wait till I could schedule another. The issues I had discussed or emailed messages to a service rep never showed up on the reminder emails until three days before my appointment when I called again in frustration. And when I arrived for my appointment … the various issues had disappeared again. My appointment never showed up on my Toyota app. More
