Mr. Becker, I'm very sorry to hear of your experience. I'm also sorry the Toyota care services, and general Maintenace was not explained to you. Your vehicle has full synthetic oil and is required to be change 10,000 miles or one year. The correct service was done on your truck for the time and milage which was 6 months and 2,703 miles. The schedule looks like this 5, 10, 15, 20 ,25........ exc these are the intervolves and they are as followed tire rotation, MPI and check over, follow by oil change, tire rotation, MPI and check over.........this repeats itself thought-out the entire life of the vehicle. Then I guess I only need my oil changed once a year for the life of my truck. That will save me a bundle. They never explained that I was just told 5000 miles or 6 months. Thank you for the reply

Correct, one thing to keep in mind is that the service reminder light will come on every 5,000. Remember this is for service, not just an oil change.
