On December 29, 2022, l went to take my Prius for an inspection. I was told both license plated were out along with the marker bulbs. Andrew lrklie told me my car would not pass inspection without thes inspection. I was told both license plated were out along with the marker bulbs. Andrew lrklie told me my car would not pass inspection without these bulbs. Since it was late in the month l had to agree. When l got home l checked the bulbs that were supposed to be changed and only to find out the license plate bulbs were not changed. I know this because on Monday, December 26 l noticied 1 bulb was out so l changed the left bulb with and brighter bulb and that was how it was when l got home after the inspection. The very next morning l call the dealership and spoke to Sarah and explained the situation. Sarah tried to call Andrew lrklie but only got his voice mail. She then told me that Andrew would call me back and l left my cell number since l was at work. I never received a follow up call from anyone in the dealership. The technician lied about changing the license plate bulb it makes you wonder what else he is being dishonest about. I am still waiting to see how the dealership is going to rectify this situation. This is the second time l had a problem with this dealership. In 2020 l went for an inspection. The vehicle passed inspection but when l got home when l looked at the windshield the old inspection sticker was never replaced with a new sticker. The following day l had to drive back to the dealership to get the inspection sticker replaced and after 2 hours l spoke to the service advisor to find out why l was waiting 2 hours just to get an inspection sticker if the vehicle passed the inspection the day before. I find it hard to have trust in this dealership after the situations l have experienced. More
