Tom Hackett was my service advisor and he showed me what was needed for the Highlander and I agreed to have it performed immediately. He arranged for a courtesy vehicle driver to drive me home and pick me up when the work was completed. Tom was friendly and professional and so was the driver Vinny. Now I can drive this Highlander with complete confidence thanks to Tom and the rest of the DCH team! More
