Listen we all know no one is perfect, anyone even a Harvard graduate can make a mistake. That being said, so far every experience I’ve had with DCH’S service department has been second to none. Not only do they treat me and my vehicle as if it was their own, they send video showing them going over my vehicle and how it is being treated. The wait time is unnecessarily long and it took me another 15 minutes to pay, because the one cashier was having a personal conversation with a dealer at the counter.
