DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota

As I’ve already mentioned, I’m sold on this service department. Judy and Tom are ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️+. Fortunately my credit is excellent and I was looking into another truck so I came here to Wappinger Falls T department. Judy and Tom are ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️+. Fortunately my credit is excellent and I was looking into another truck so I came here to Wappinger Falls Toyota in hopes of getting into a bigger used truck. The sales rep was great, but the sales manager wasn’t interested in me or my Manual Tacoma SR which is a winner. I will continue using this dealership and hope to become family one day. I’m open to hear from DCH!!! (*Stay away from Newburgh.) More

They are not too bad but they didn’t address my missing parts on the air vent. This is a new vehicle and how did that part came off. They telling me that I have to order it from sales which will cost me ov parts on the air vent. This is a new vehicle and how did that part came off. I did try to return the car after I saw the vehicle because it didn’t have what I was looking for but they refused to help. More

I would have given 5 stars if they would have washed my car like my car was there for over a month and when I got it back the amount of dirt on my car was crazy when I returned the loaner I took it to the car like my car was there for over a month and when I got it back the amount of dirt on my car was crazy when I returned the loaner I took it to the car wash and was required to have a full tank of gas which was fine but it would have been nice for my car to been at least washed before it was given back to me because it was really dirty guessing because of where it was stored More
