We purchased our first Toyota two weeks ago from MJ Herring. To say he was the consumate professional would not really do him justice. We originally walked in looking for a used Sienna, and MJ was mor Herring. To say he was the consumate professional would not really do him justice. He showed us the available inventory and promptly and willingly answered all of our questions, followed by a lengthy and relaxing test drive. At no time did he push us or insult us with an agressive sales approach, and when he didn't know the answer to a question he honestly said he didn't know. His non-pushy and honest approach is the singular reason we came back to this dealer when we decided to go with a new car. MJ didn't blink when I told him we had changed our minds and were now considering a new car. He continued to provide infomation in a timely manner, get back to us promptly, and present the facts while allowing us to decide what we wanted to do. The no haggle sales system worked very well, and the price MJ quoted me was already significantly lower than another Toyota dealer's best price. Best of all, we were working against a very tight deadline and MJ jumped through hoops to get us our new car just in the nick of time. No last minute games, no sales pressure, no hidden prices. Everything worked exactly as MJ told us it would. Finally, MJ was simply a nice guy who was a pleasure to work with.
