With this being my first car buying experience, I didn’t quite know what to expect. I had never made a purchase of this size before and being someone who doesn’t know the ins and outs of most cars, I didn’t quite know what to expect. Pinkal Patel was the best possible person that I could have done business with. He is an extremely friendly and helpful person. He spent a tremendous amount of time helping me figure out exactly what type of car would best fit my needs. He was able to answer every question I had about the various cars that I looked at. There was absolutely no pressure from the minute I walked in the door until the minute I signed the final papers. I felt like Pinkal wanted me to be as happy as possible with whatever decision that I was going to make, and it definitely made my decision making process much easier than I expected. I would definitely advise anyone I know, as well as anyone reading this, to visit Pinkal at DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota when trying to make a decision about buying a car. More

I have owned quite a few cars in my lifetime - including both new & used - but I have NEVER encountered the quality of customer service as I've experienced at this dealership. It began when I was recently involved in an auto accident; my previous Corolla LE was totaled by the insurance company so I had to choose a new car in a hurry!! From my first contact with DCH on the Internet (through the car buying assistance plan my insurance company offered) - to the moment I drove off the lot with my new Corolla LE, I was treated with intelligence, respect and professionalism by everyone with whom I came in contact. My sales person, Corey Rheal, was nothing short of amazing! I suppose he knew how stressful a situation I was in; right from the get-go he treated me, and my mom @ daughter who accompanied me, like royalty. He explained how everything would work, answered each and every one of my questions, and worked with me to design the perfect "package" for my needs & budget. When it turned out that he didn't have the exact car I wanted on the lot, he worked hard to get me one at another dealership; he was successful and never made me feel as though I was demanding too much! A week after I purchased my car, I returned, this time to the service dept. to have my new car "sealed" with a product Toyota offers.... I was able to book my appt. over the Internet (talk about convenience!!!) and the service folks were wonderful. I could go on and on, but I should close by mentioning that I was convinced to drive 45 minutes from my hometown out-of-state to DCH Wappingers Falls just because I was so impressed with the superior customer service and dedication to excellence that this dealership possessed. I will never go anywhere else for my future car purchases!!! (My brother owns 4 Toyotas and, after my recommendation, I doubt that he will ever go elsewhere either! :) More
