This was by far the best car dealer experience I've had. From start to finish my lease went smoothly. All employees were very friendly and fast working. I've always spent hours at the dealer leasing cars but this time I was turning in a lease and getting a new one. This only took an hour and a half. When I picked up my new car I was told it would take 45 minutes and that's exactly what it took. I will definietly continue to give my business to DCH and recommend them as long as they continue this type of service. All other dealers should take a lesson from DCH and do business the same way. I did my homework online (I encourage you to do the same!), and felt relieved to find a dealer who didn't try to take advantage of me, as many did. I didn't feel like I had to play any gratuitous "wheeling and dealing" games with him, which was *very* refreshing(after having visited sooo many other dealerships, I really appreciated that!). DCH Toyota gave me the best trade-in value for my car, enabling me to buy the car I really wanted, and not be forced to settle for less. Robert was also very accommodating, and even made the paperwork a breeze. He even helped out by taking all the insurance photos himself, sparing me several hours apart from my work day to take care of that annoying task. Thank you Robert. I had a great experience at DCH.My salesperson(Mary Snoek)was very friendly and personable.She spent about an hour and a half with me on my initial visit even though I was not ready to buy that day and Snoek)was very friendly and personable.She spent about an hour and a half with me on my initial visit even though I was not ready to buy that day and there was no pressure put on me.Over the next few days of dealing on the phone we were able to make a deal on the new truck.I dont know if I got the best deal i could have but I was satisfied and did not want to continue going all over to other dealers.Mary has kept in contact with me after the sale offering any help I may need,which is something I never got from dealers in the past.Overall I am very happy with DCH and Mary Snoek and would definitely recommend them.
